What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium refreshments and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are considered unsafe by our captain, we'll suggest rescheduling your charter for the next available slot or offer a full refund. We keep a close eye on weather developments and will inform you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if the forecast seems unfavorable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and beverages. Nonetheless, we also provide top-notch catering services and can tailor menus to your liking. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Our goal is to be as accommodating as possible. Certain vessels are equipped with better facilities for mobility than others. Reach out to us with details when making a reservation, and we'll suggest the most accessible yacht and arrange any special accommodations required.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure will be refunded in full. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical problems on our end.
